Help for Ratings:

How do I rate a resource?

To rate a resource, first find the resource record that you would like to rate by searching or browsing. Once you find the appropriate resource, you will find the ratings section near the bottom of the Full Record screen. Select a rating, and click the Rate button to save your rating.

In order to rate a resource, you must first provide your username and password in the login boxes on the homepage.

Why is it important that I rate resources?

When you rate resources, you give the Portal with more information with which to provide you with better recommendations. Also, the more users provide ratings, the more valuable the Portal becomes to the user community.

Can other users see what I rated a resource?

No. Only the cumulative rating and number of responses are shown to other users. On the Full Record screen, you will be able to see what you rated a selected resource, though.

Can I rate something more than once?

You cannot provide more than one rating for a selected resource. You can change your rating, though.
